Saipan Mayor’s Office/Bureau of Environmental Health to hold cleanup of Chalan Kanoa Cemetery, invites families of loved ones to participate.

The Saipan Mayor’s Office and the CHCC Environmental Health Division Program to
conduct cleanup of the Chalan Kanoa Cemetery. Calling upon community members to join
together.

The Saipan Mayor’s Office will be hosting a cleanup of the Chalan Kanoa Cemetery on
Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Mayor “RB” Camacho invites all
community members, especially those with loved ones laid to rest in the cemetery, to take part in
this initiative. This is an opportunity for our community to unite once again and honor our
departed family and friends by caring for their final resting place.

Those families or individuals who wish to participate in the cleanup effort must contact the
Saipan Mayor’s Office at (670)234-6208 so as to help MOS Staff calculate the number of
participants and to plan accordingly.
